Educational Seminar

Every winter the AYF holds its Annual Educational Seminar at AYF Camp, where members from all chapters have the opportunity to come together in a fraternal and social atmosphere to learn more about our history, political struggles, and current events.

Each Seminar focuses on a specific theme pertinent to the Armenian community and the youth, in particular. Various lectures, workshops, and activities are organized for participants featuring special guest speakers with an expertise on the topics at hand. Past seminars have focused on such themes as Turkish-Armenian relations, ANCA advocacy, Javakhk, geopolitics, grassroots activism, and the state of the Armenian youth.

Members are also given ample time to socialize, meet new friends, discuss organizational issues and keep the tradition of singing patriotic songs.
