AYF Protests to End the Cycle of Genocide
On the 97th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide the Armenian Youth Federation rallied the community in protest, demanding the United States and Turkish governments officially recognize the Genocide. Demonstrators were rallying for justice for the 1.5 million Armenians slaughtered at the hands of Ottoman Turks, in the form of reparations and official recognition owed to the Armenian people.

Orange County AYF Hosts Blood Drive; Spreads Armenian Culture
Orange County AYF and the Red Cross came together to host a Blood Drive for the Armenian community at the Harout Barsamian Hall on March 18th from 10am to 4pm. All ages from the community gathered for a great cause and donated their time and blood, ultimately saving numerous lives!
Orange County AYF and Hamazkayin Welcome Ara Oshagan to Present Father Land
On March 9, the Armenian Youth Federation and the Hamazkayin Cultural Association Orange County chapters jointly hosted a presentation exploring documentary photographer Ara Oshagan’s book, Father Land. Published by powerHouse books, Father Land explores life in the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic through the lens of Oshagan’s camera and the poetry of his late father, whose prose serve as a narrative for the book’s photography.
