'Karekin Njdeh' Future Leaders Program


Applications for the “Karekin Njdeh” Future Leaders Program are now available.
Our 8-week internship program is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the fields of public administration and public relations, while learning about strategic planning, human resource management, program development, social media advertising, and political activism. 

Duties will include:

- Gathering and compiling information

- Conducting online research

- Data entry and support

- Providing manpower for calls, volunteering, and fieldwork

- Maintaining and posting material on the AYF website

Interns will also be assigned a personally-tailored project which they will present at a closing ceremony at the conclusion of their internship. Ideal candidates are outstanding high school or college students with a strong interest in social issues, excellent research skills, and possess the ability to complete assignments in a timely manner.

Candidates must possess:

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure

- Strong written and verbal skills

- Organizational skills

 

 

Internships are for the Spring semester and interested students should send their completed application form, resume, brief personal statement and recommendation form to the AYF office (104 N. Belmont St. Suite 313 Glendale, CA 91206) by April 12.
